I present an eclectic set of galleries which span all the reasons for my being first captivated by that which I then capture. However, my primary focus currently is birds.

I hope you enjoy those sparkling moments that I have snatched from the inky blackness of time.

Oh! All except the one at the left. I credit this great capture to my wife.

If you see me in the bush sometime, see if you can identify me positively from viewing this photograph. I warn you though that I have different summer and winter plumage.

Most of the bird photos are taken in and around Ottawa, Ontario, Canada.
